Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after they are placed. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of the replacement or refund.
If the return is requested for personal reasons (such as change of mind), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Replacements
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost instead of a refund.
